About the position
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our Vans team based in Bluewater, Kent. In this entry-level management position, you will assist the Store and Assistant Store Manager by driving sales and profitability, coaching and motivating sales associates, maintaining store standards, adhering to operational policies, and ensuring KPIs are achieved.
Responsibilities
* Support the management team to drive sales and profitability.
* Coach and motivate the sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring the store is always customer-ready.
* Maintain store appearance and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
* Ensure operational policies and procedures are respected.
* Understand store KPIs and work toward achieving them.
* Take responsibility for opening and closing the store.
Qualifications
* Experience in a retail setting, preferably fashion or lifestyle brands.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
* Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
* Hands‑on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering customer experience.
* Ability to create a supportive and fun environment for the team.
