We are only just starting to unlock the potential of what @Druce is capable of, and our Area Manager opportunity is going to help us achieve this together. These roles are highly valuable to our success, and we are incredibly excited to introduce this opportunity to the market.
The role
With a passion for leadership and a strong desire for driving a high performing environment, we are looking to enlist an Area Manager to lead across both sales and lettings.
* Lead and develop a branch team, fostering professional growth and operational excellence
* Coordinate weekly one on ones, quarterly reviews and yearly evaluations as part of ongoing team development
* Coordinate and run branch meetings
* Act as first point of escalation for disputes on behalf of team members
* Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management, spotlighting team achievements and identifying growth opportunities
* Lead the valuation and market appraisal process
* Convert appraisals to new instructions
* Ensure database is maintained and updated
The person

* Ability to inspire a team to meet sales targets and deliver superior customer service
* Exceptional communication skills, with a friendly and effective telephone demeanour
* Capability to excel in a dynamic environment and juggle multiple priorities
* Strong interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction
