Associate Quantity Surveyor - Manchester
The partners of a successful Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy are seeking a dynamic Associate Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy the opportunity to run and grow their Manchester office.
Associate Quantity Surveyor's role
Leading a team of four, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor's role will involve a mixture of project delivery (leisure and refurbishment schemes), team and client management, and supporting the partners with business development opportunities. Once on board, the plan is to build a QS team around the new Associate Quantity Surveyor so that project work can be delegated, allowing you to focus on growing the Manchester office.
Requirements
* Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
* MRICS would be ideal
* Either a Senior QS seeking a step-up or an Associate ready for a fresh challenge
* Good management skills
* Excellent pre and post contract experience
* Eager to grow a team and get involved in business development
