Physiotherapy Department Receptionist
Location: Duchy Hospital, Cornwall
Hours: 28 hours per week (part-time)
Salary: Depending on experience + benefits
We are have a great opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Physiotherapy team at Duchy Hospital in Truro.
As an Receptionist, your duties will include:
1. Physiotherapy Reception
2. Admin support for the Therapists
3. Managing Therapist’s appointments and diaries
4. Responsibility for billing, invoicing and payments for the Physiotherapy Department
5. Dealing with Insurance companies
6. Initial pattern of 4 days per week however a flexible approach to hours/days worked is necessary due to evening and weekend clinics.
Skills and Attributes:
7. Previous admin experience
8. Excellent computer skills
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Good time management and organisational skills including the ability to multi-task
11. Strong team focused working
12. Previous admin / reception experience within a healthcare environment (desirable)
