Job Summary
The Sales Support role is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and customer support to the sales team. This position helps ensure smooth sales processes, accurate order management, timely customer communication, and efficient coordination between internal departments and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
* Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.

* Support contract preparation and document management.
Customer Support
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
* Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product information.
* Resolve customer issues or escalate them appropriately.
* Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Operational Coordination
* Support inventory and stock coordination
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
