Due to continued success and growth, Envisage Dental have an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Business Development Manager to join our Mergers and Acquisitions team. Envisage Dental are a fast-growing dental group who specialise in acquiring high-quality private dental clinics. We are a B Corp certified organisation, founded in 2014 by husband-and-wife team Harry Gill and Dr Sandy Dau, and are proud to be redefining group dentistry by using our business as a force for good. This role is titled Partnerships Business Development Manager internally to reflect our partnership relationship with our clinics. As a Partnerships Business Development Manager, you will join our ambitious and high-performing Mergers & Acquisitions Team, reporting directly to our Director of M&A. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting the group’s strategic growth by identifying and nurturing relationships with dental practice owners and key influencers across the dental ecosystem. Your work will directly impact the continued success and expansion of our group, helping us connect with clinics that align with our values and high standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong business development and relationship-building skills, who is passionate about connecting with people and creating meaningful opportunities that support ethical growth. Typical activities you’ll carry out in this role will be: Build our brand and reputation with practice owners and the dental community Develop and maintain relationships with private dental practice owners through direct outreach and personal engagement Represent Envisage Dental across trade shows, events, forums, and online platforms as a trusted, values-led group Build trusted referral pathways through accountants, lawyers, suppliers, consultants, and thought leaders Engage with internal stakeholders, including current principal dentists, to identify and activate acquisition leads Design and execute campaigns to raise awareness and generate new leads Utilise a mix of outreach channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, email, and direct contact Manage and deliver a targeted outbound calling programme focused on high-potential private dental practices Collaborate closely with our Director of M&A to qualify new opportunities based on our acquisition criteria Maintain up-to-date records and notes within our CRM system Provide regular updates, insights and data to inform strategic decision-making Convert qualified leads into formal acquisition opportunities for the Director of M&A to progress These are the typical activities you’ll be involved in, but as we’re a growing and evolving business, there will be opportunities to expand the scope of your role and grow your career with us.
