We're searching for a Hire Fleet Road Tester to become an essential part of our dedicated team at 4th Dimension Innovation in Egham, Surrey. If you have a keen eye for quality, thrive on maintaining top-tier motorcycles, and enjoy ensuring excellence in road testing, this is the perfect role for you!
️ Main Duties:
* Conduct road tests on hire fleet motorcycles following workshop maintenance procedures.
* Perform basic motorcycle maintenance, quality control, and fleet cleaning tasks.
* Ensure motorcycles leaving the workshop meet the highest standards of safety and serviceability.
* Support the Hire Fleet output targets by helping maintain top-quality assurance.
* Collaborate with teams to drive quality improvements and lower error rates.
* Assist with motorcycle movement and preparation on-site.
Key Skills:
* Strong attention to detail—maintaining a right-first-time ethos.
* Ability to identify mechanical or service issues in completed motorcycles.
* Physically fit and self-motivated with a dedicated work ethic.
* A full UK motorcycle license and confidence riding a variety of models.
* Team player attitude with a collaborative mindset.
Bonus Points for:
* Previous experience in motorcycle road testing or maintenance.
* Familiarity with fleet operations, hire services, or insurance industries.
* A passion for motorcycles and an interest in maintaining their performance.

* Start Times: 8am to 530pm
* Hours: Monday to Friday
* Salary: £28,000 to £31,000
* Contract: Full-time
