The critical Care team at ELHT is looking to appointment a band 3 secretary for a 12 month temporary contract.
The successful candidate will join a vibrant, diverse and motivated multi disciplinary team. The critical care unit is a 28 bedded unit and is one of the largest in the Lancashire and South Cumbria Network.
The post briefly involves the day to day administration including producing documents of a confidential nature, writing letters to patients for follow up and rehab clinic and inputting triage clinics onto sharepoint page.
Taking minutes for various directorate and trust level meetings.
Produce data including KPIs and mortality rates to present at operational meetings and share to care.
Governance and performance support producing advanced analytics reports.
Main duties of the job
We wish to appoint admin staff temporarily for 12 month to support the delivery of our critical care unit here at Royal Blackburn hospital.
You will Undertake collection of patient data for various platforms including at national level.
Support colleagues and clinicians as required in timely data reporting and preparing information for meetings in order to ensure effective participation.
Book patients onto follow up and rehab clinic. Inputting data to national platforms
Secretarial support to several team members including clinicians, matron and acute care team

Booking patients into critical care follow up and rehab clinic including contacting patients via phone.
Inputting data for various Trustwide platforms and also nationally including performance data.
taking minutes for all unit meetings in critical care and the acute care team and also at Trust level.
Governance and performance support, producing KPI reports advanced analytics reports, mortality reports.
