Vehicle Technician
Location: Farnham
Salary Expectations
* Basic Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year (based on 5.5 days per week)
* Bonus Scheme: £6,000 - £12,000 per year
* On Target Earnings: £42,000 - £52,000 per year
* Includes 26 Saturdays per year
* Part‑time hours considered with salary and bonus paid pro‑rata
About the Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of servicing, maintenance, diagnostic, and repair work to a high professional standard. You will work on various makes and models, ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired efficiently and safely.
You will be expected to:
* Carry out routine servicing and maintenance
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
* Conduct engine, gearbox, brake, suspension, and clutch repairs
* Perform advanced diagnostic investigations
* Complete job cards and service records accurately
* Work efficiently while maintaining high‑quality standards
* Support team members where required
Technician Requirements
* Qualified to Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent)
* Experience up to Master Technician standard preferred
* Strong diagnostic capability
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Committed to high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
