We're recruiting a Chef at ATC Pirbright to work within a well-organised military kitchen, offering consistent weekend shifts and excellent hourly pay. This is a great opportunity for a disciplined and reliable kitchen professional who enjoys structure, with the potential to move into a permanent role.

* £14.88 per hour plus £1.80 holiday pay (first 12 weeks)

Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef in this role, you'll support a smooth and efficient kitchen by:
* Running your own section within a structured kitchen environment
* Preparing and presenting meals to consistent, high standards
* Organising mise en place to ensure efficient service
* Supporting and supervising junior kitchen staff
* Maintaining strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
* Monitoring stock levels, portion control, and waste
* Working closely with the team to maintain consistency and efficiency
What we're looking for:
To succeed as a Chef, you'll bring:
* Solid experience, ideally as a Chef de Partie
* Ability to work well within a structured, disciplined environment
* Strong attention to detail and consistency
* The ability to remain calm under pressure
* Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen standards
* Confidence supporting junior team members
* A reliable and professional approach
