The Role
Reporting to the Production Manager (Composites), you’ll lead, and support Cell Leads and technicians across the full Composite production operation. You’ll be the go-to person for Composites during your shift, coordinating resources, solving problems, and driving high performance.
The Person
You’re a confident leader with a strong engineering background and hands-on experience in composite manufacturing and production. You’re calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellence.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven expertise in laminating, curing, trimming, and all composite production techniques
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions
* Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft D365 preferred)
* Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
* Understanding of quality control, health & safety, and environmental compliance
* Organised, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
Desirable
* Motorsport or high-performance engineering experience
* Knowledge of DFM, Lean Manufacturing, and sustainability practices
* Coaching or mentoring experience
