Post: Pastoral Support Administrator
Hours: 37 hours per week, 8.00am 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am - 3.30pm Fridays, term time only plus 3 inset days
Salary (actual) £22,176.55 - £22,528.36 per annum
We are looking to appoint a Pastoral Support Administrator to join the school as early as possible. We are looking for someone who is able to:
* Provide administrative support and practical assistance to five Heads of Year and the Assistant Headteacher for Behaviour for Learning.
* Be a point of contact for parents/carers, students and staff within the pastoral office.
* Be computer literate, work effectively as a member of the team, prioritise conflicting demands and manage workload effectively.
* Use Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint (essential).
* Have school experience (desirable but not essential).
