As the Affiliate Marketing Manager you will manage affiliate programmes across a portfolio of key 26PMX client accounts being directly responsible for the day to day implementation of campaigns, alongside developing the longer term strategic direction of accounts for brands across international regions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and develop a portfolio of affiliate campaigns for a designated set of clients within the agency’s portfolio
* Maintain a high-level of campaign performance meeting agreed targets and KPI’s
* Daily checks on clients’ accounts
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners
* Continuously recruit and activate new publisher partners to drive account growth
* Build robust quarterly strategy plans across your portfolio of campaigns tailored to specific KPI’s
* Creation of client-facing and internal reports and adding commentary and insights
* Build a strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders
* Planning & forecasting
* Manage the negotiation and buying of additional exposure opportunities with 3rd party suppliers
* Review opportunities outside of traditional affiliates driving added value to accounts
* Represent 26 within client and publisher meetings
* Assist the wider Affiliate department in new business proposals
* The enthusiasm to keep abreast of industry standards, new technologies, and the latest approaches in digital marketing
From time to time, you may be required to carry out additional duties to meet the needs of the business, for example carrying out mandatory training or tasks assigned by your Manager.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Knowledge, technology and qualifications:
* Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
* Strong knowledge of Affiliate networks such as:
* AWIN - required
* Strong knowledge of Google Analytics.
Skills or competences:
* At least 2-3 years’ experience working in an Affiliate marketing role, managing large-scale, complex, results-driven projects with significant budgets, preferably within an agency environment
* Extensive experience of managing Affiliate campaigns with large budgets
* Experience managing campaigns across EU territories would also be advantageous
* Excellent negotiation and partnership management skills.
* Ability to analyse data from numerous sources and determine partner success focused around KPI’s.
