Full Time Private Dental Practice We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming team at a newly acquired private dental practice. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing practice with excellent long-term career prospects.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding patient experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area.
Responsibilities
* Welcoming patients and managing appointments efficiently
* Handling patient enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
* Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality
* Supporting the clinical team with administrative duties
* Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Candidate Requirements
* Previous dental reception experience preferred; a nursing background would be advantageous
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Good computer skills and confidence using practice management systems
* Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach
* Ability to start within 4 weeks
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:45am – 6:00pm (Full Time)
