Salary: £25,087 rising to £25,684 at 9 months in role, plus uncapped commission
Hourly rate: £12.82 per hour rising to £13.12 per hour at 9 months in role
Shifts: The department is open from 08:00 to 18:00; no late evening shifts and only one weekend in three.
What you’ll do
Support and guide customers during difficult times, handling billing queries, helping customers who have fallen behind on payments, and providing a reliable, personal service. Training will be provided to help you become the expert they need.
