Conrad Consulting are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a well-established building services contractor delivering a range of commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and public sector projects throughout the Central Belt. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a background in mechanical installation to take ownership of site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities Of The Mechanical Supervisor
* Supervise mechanical installation teams on site.
* Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors.
* Monitor progress against programme and project milestones.
* Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and other trades.
* Manage site documentation, permits, and reporting requirements.
* Identify and resolve site issues efficiently to maintain project delivery.
Requirements Of The Mechanical Supervisor
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within the Building Services sector.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, plumbing, and mechanical installations.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Excellent communication and team management skills.
* Valid CSCS card.
* SSSTS or SMSTS qualification preferred.
* Full UK driving licence.
