This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within our branch, working closely with the Branch Manager to support day-to-day operations, motivate and collaborate with colleagues, and deliver exceptional results for our clients. A day in the life of a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in South Woodford:
16. Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
17. Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
18. Marketing properties to tenants using various marketing skills
19. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
20. Assisting the teams to successfully achieve KPIs
21. Providing support to your colleagues in your manager’s absence
22. Focusing on generating new and repeat business
23. Canvassing the local area
24. Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
25. Ensuring your colleagues and the business remain risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies
Essential Skills of a Lettings Negotiator at haart South Woodford:
26. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
27. Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
28. Experience leading others in a professional environment
29. A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
30. Ability to work under own initiative
31. Good telephone manner
32. Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
33. Excellent attention to detail
