Job Summary for PE Teacher
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Unqualified PE Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves delivering engaging physical education lessons to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students’ physical development. Duties
* Plan and deliver engaging physical education lessons tailored to different age groups and abilities
* Promote active participation and encourage students to develop their sporting skills
* Support behaviour management during lessons to ensure a safe and respectful environment
* Organise sports activities, games, and competitions to motivate students and build teamwork skills
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support their development
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop cohesive PE programmes and school-wide sports initiatives
* Maintain organisation of equipment and ensure the safety of all participants during activities
* Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents regarding student progress and behaviour
Qualifications
* Passion for sports coaching, physical education, and student development
* Experience in teaching physical education or coaching sports is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
* Excellent organisational skills to manage lesson plans, equipment, and student records effectively
* Ability to manage behaviour positively and maintain discipline during lessons
* Good organisational skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to supporting student engagement in physical activities
