IT Technical Project Lead
London (Hybrid)

We are looking to acquire an experienced IT Technical Project Lead to deliver technology solutions that align with business objectives.
This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of technology solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment.
* Define and manage delivery plans, timelines and milestones in collaboration with project managers.
* Monitor progress and performance of the technical team, ensuring deliverables meet quality, scope and time expectations.
* Provide technical direction and oversight to the development team, ensuring adherence to solution architecture, coding standards and best practices.
* Collaborate with Solution Architects to validate the feasibility and scalability of technical designs.
* Lead technical reviews, including design reviews, code reviews and integration strategies.
* Act as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders and product owners, translating business requirements into technical deliverables.
* Collaborate with the Cyber Security team to implement vulnerability and code scanning, ensuring code quality and secure, scalable solutions.
* Promote agile and DevOps practices, continuously improving delivery frameworks, methodologies and tools.
* Coordinate knowledge transfer to operations/support teams and manage post‑deployment support, solution performance monitoring and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Experience
* Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse) – custom app development, connectors and governance.
* Enterprise tools – SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps and integration patterns.
* Full project lifecycle management with Agile/Lean delivery, sprint leadership and backlog grooming.
* Resource planning, risk and issue management, and budget control.
* Strong technical leadership, mentoring and coaching of cross‑functional teams.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication with senior executives.
* Testing strategy knowledge (unit, integration, UAT, performance) and audit trail maintenance.
* SDLC understanding – waterfall, agile (Scrum) and hybrid methodologies.
* Application architecture, cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, IaC).
