Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
* Differentiate learning materials to suit a range of abilities and learning styles
* Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere
* Collaborate with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and support staff to deliver individualised support
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and adapting strategies where necessary
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Previous experience working with SEN pupils is desirable, but not essential
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A flexible, compassionate, and resilient approach to teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
