What you’ll do
\n
* Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold)
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and local authorities
* Prepare legal documents including contracts and completion paperwork
* Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer to carry out searches, due diligence and compliance checks
* Handle exchange, completion and post-completion processes

What we’re looking for
\n
* At least 1 year of conveyancing or property law experience
* Strong understanding of residential property transactions
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Ability to manage a busy caseload with strong attention to detail
* Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer to who is organised, proactive and able to work well independently and in a team
