The role Salesforce Systems Administrator of will include:
1. Configuring Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts to support evolving business needs
2. Designing dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights to the business
3. Providing 3rd line support for Salesforce‑related issues and leading the resolution of complex incidents
4. Working closely with stakeholders to analyse requirements, resolve system issues, and improve platform performance
5. Maintaining clear documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guidance
6. Ensuring compliance with data protection, security, and governance standards
7. Staying up to date with Salesforce releases and recommending improvements and new functionality
8. Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve system efficiency, scalability, and user experience
Skills and experiences:
9. Salesforce Administration Certification (ADM 201) or equivalent experience
10. Proven experience in Salesforce Administration
11. Proven experience using Service Cloud
12. Substantial experience of analysing, diagnosing and resolving technical issues
13. Experience of managing and deploying Salesforce system changes through Integrated Development Environments (IDE), GIT and code repository tools
14. Experience working with 3rd party support organisations

25. £33,397 with an additional policy allowance of £8,913 per annum (rising to £35,144 with an additional policy allowance of £9,379 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
