About this RoleThe Royal Academy of Arts is currently looking to recruit a Transformation Project Lead.The Transformation Project Lead will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high impact initiatives, aligned to the RA’s long term strategic objectives and organisational priorities.Acting as the central point of oversight and coordination, this role will manage all progress, work with senior leadership and project owners to provide strategic inputs, project management and change management support, ensuring robust governance and measurable outcomes.As a trusted strategic advisor, this role will support both the CEO and Senior Leadership team in setting the strategy, KPIs and operational plan for the RA. About YouTo be considered for this post, you will have substantial experience in management consultant strategy or transformation roles. You will have a strong track record of leading multi-stream programmes that support key organisational initiatives and deliver measurable strategic impact.You will be highly credible with senior stakeholders, including trustees and board members, with proven ability successfully impacting and influencing at this level.The successful post holder will bring to the role, analytical rigour and financial modelling capability.
