As a key team member, you'll lead and support innovative projects from inception to successful completion. Collaborate with top-tier Quantity Surveyors and Directors, and benefit from exceptional development and mentorship opportunities provided by our senior leadership.
Your role will involve close interaction with clients, stakeholders, and a diverse team of experts from various Tetra Tech disciplines. Together, you'll develop innovative solutions that make a real difference.
About You:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar qualification
* Possess or be working towards full membership of the RICS
* Pre- and post-contract cost management experience, including setting budgets, managing change, assessing risk and opportunity, and procurement
* Experience working with NEC, JCT, and bespoke forms of D&B Contracts
* Experience in the Education and Health sectors is preferable but not essential, as we seek experience across all sectors
* Dependable and reliable
* Professional and focused on client satisfaction
* Builds confidence with clients and colleagues
* Motivates junior members of the Tetra Tech team
* Proficient IT skills, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
* Self-motivated to work collaboratively with virtual project teams
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
