Site AttendantLocation: East Midlands, UKWe are looking for a reliable and professional Site Attendant to support the day-to-day operation, upkeep and presentation of a growing portfolio of power generation and energy storage sites.This is a great opportunity for someone with electrical training or early engineering experience who wants to build a long-term career in the energy sector, with the chance to progress into a more technical operations role.The RoleYou will support the safe and efficient running of operational sites by:Carrying out routine site maintenance and general engineering dutiesSupporting site inspections and auditsAssisting with minor repairs, basic maintenance tasks, and equipment movement/setupMonitoring site cleanliness, security, and essential suppliesReporting defects, hazards, or maintenance issues promptlySupporting access for staff, visitors, contractors, utility personnel, and deliveriesFollowing health and safety procedures at all timesWorking closely with the operations team, with training provided to support future progressionWhat were looking forElectrical training or a qualification in an electrical disciplinePrevious experience in electrical engineering, installation, or maintenance is desirableAbility to carry out practical tasks safely and efficiently with minimal supervisionGood awareness of health and safety in a working environmentReliable, punctual, and professional in approachStrong communication skillsWillingness to take on a varied workload and respond to changing operational prioritiesA genuine desire to develop and progress within an operations or engineering teamFull UK driving licenceWhats on offer Full-time, permanent positionBonus scheme of up to 30% of salaryCompany pension with 5% employer contributionPPE, laptop, phone, and company van providedTPBN1_UKTJ
