Temp to Perm Part-Time HR Coordinator – Central Oxford - £14.00 to £15.00 Per hour + Holiday Pay – 18 to 21 hours per week over 3 days (but flexi.)

About the Job
An excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a small team. This role offers a variety of responsibilities, with the potential to develop into a permanent position and grow into an advisory capacity.
Duties will include:
* Providing recruitment support, including handling DBS and RTW checks and contracts.
* Updating and maintaining the HRIS, (Cascade IRIS).
* Coordinating onboarding and managing sickness records.
* Taking minutes and providing general ER administrative support.
* Acting as a point of contact for employees and advising on HR-related queries.
* Working on a range of HR projects and case work.
(This role is based on-site, with the potential for hybrid working (one day per week) once established).
About the Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR administration and excellent organisational skills. Familiarity with HRIS is a bonus. You will have a professional and customer-focused approach, with a willingness to progress in your HR career. CIPD support can be offered for the right individual.
