This job would perfectly suit someone who is studying professional cookery as it has the opportunity to increase hours in the future.
We are a 'from scratch' award winning kitchen where you can gain experience on many service types - Breakfast, Afternoon tea, A la carte Lunch and Dinner, Bar Meals, Spa Cafe, Private banquets and Weddings.
We are proud to have a brigade of 18 chefs along with 15 kitchen assistants, all permanent members of the team with long service - so a great team to learn and develop with.
