Transport Planner Magherafelt £42,500 + Bonus + Benefits If you're an experienced Transport Planner seeking a new challenge within a leading temperature-controlled logistics operation, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business recognised for operational excellence and continued growth. Working within a small, experienced team, you'll coordinate chilled and frozen deliveries across Ireland and the UK, ensuring routes are optimised and customer service standards remain exceptional. You'll also provide out-of-hours phone cover on a rotational basis, with all calls managed remotely. The Role Plan and coordinate UK & Ireland routes and vehicle allocations Manage driver schedules while monitoring WTD and compliance Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and internal warehousing teams Respond to operational issues and provide weekend/on-call phone support (1 in 4) Maintain efficiency and service levels across time-critical chilled/frozen loads Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm You Will Need: Minimum 3 years' experience in Transport Planning Background in temperature-controlled or FMCG logistics preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet Professional approach to driver and customer relationships What's in it for you?
