The role
Smile Education are proud to be working alongside Mowbray Education Trust to assist their Schools in their recruitment of Cover Supervisors in the new academic year. There is more than one position for this leading secondary located in Sehelpshed/Loughborough. This role is flexible and offer full time as well as part time positions. You will be working for a great trust whose vision is very simple: Children come first. Working as a Cover Supervisor Working with these young people means you can make a real and significant impact on their lives. You will be able to make a tangible difference to their education and provide them with the tools they need to succeed and build a bright future. We would like applicants to have demonstrative experience with Children/Students and a strong work ethic and passion for education is something the Trust admires, ideally we would like candidates with a strong background and a degree in a curriculum based subject. We also welcome applications from QTS teachers looking for flexibility in their work. We can offer work from one day a week to five days a week to best suit applicants and their background. If you're a graduate and are considering teacher training in the future this is a fantastic step towards this and could lead to a place on their own teacher training programme. To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following: Experience of working with Children/Students Good classroom management Knowledge of the Secondary Curriculum is admired A degree or qualified teacher status Able and willing to travel to Shepshed/LoughboroughSmile Education is committed to safeguarding children.
