Delighted to be working once more with a dynamic professional services organisation based in the Chester area who are looking for a standout finance professional to join their Financial Planning & Analysis team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a fast‑growing PE backed business.
In this senior role, you'll partner closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner, Head of Finance and CFO-delivering high‑quality management information, driving performance insight, and helping steer strategic decision‑making. Lead the month‑end process and key financial deliverables

Produce polished, insightful reporting packs for the Board and ExCo

Track performance trends across Bespoke functions and Shared Services
\t

\t
Support and challenge the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles

Drive continuous improvement, automation and stronger financial controls

\t

\t
Contribute to strategic projects and provide expert financial guidance
\t
\t

\t
Build commercial acumen by digging deeper, asking better questions and influencing outcomes

You'll be joining a business on a steep growth trajectory-where proactive, curious and commercially minded finance partners make a real difference.
Ideally they are lookinng for a qualified (ACA/ACCA or CIMA) Accountant either, a first time mover with audit experience (FS preferred) or alternatively an industry trained candidate with solid commercial finance and/or FP&A experience, and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders throughout the business. A part qualified candidate may be considered, depending on experience.
