Responsibilities
1. Correspond with policy providers on behalf of the client
2. Correspond and be a general liaison with the client
3. Submit any new business on behalf of the client
4. Facilitate the annual review process of our clients
5. Process new client information in preparation for their first report meeting
6. Using the programmes Analytics, Prestwood and Microsoft Office to provide clients with an overview to their investment performance (training provided).
7. Basic admin duties
Requirements
8. High level of experience in administration within a financial sector is required.
9. Punctual, reliable and dependable.
10. Ability to work in a team environment
11. Attention to Detail and Accuracy is paramount
12. Excellent IT skills in MS Word & Excel
