As a Relationship Enablement Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the relationship management teams by handling a high volume of operational and administrative tasks. Provide end-to-end management of client requests, including account modifications, additional account setups, and overdraft management.
Support the relationship management team by facilitating the operational execution of client services.
Handle a portfolio of 20-30 live cases, adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).
Previous experience in middle office or similar administrative roles within financial services, with a keen interest in increasing client interaction.
Day Rate: £200 per day (PAYE)
Only one day a week in office
Contract Type: Maternity cover with potential extension
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
