What you will do
Our team manages a broad and challenging caseload of suspected fraudulent claims, acting on behalf of major UK insurers. Your work will involve investigating and defending against a wide spectrum of fraud types—from opportunistic individual claims to complex, organised fraud rings. You’ll play a key role in identifying fraud indicators, developing case strategies, and delivering commercially focused legal advice that supports our clients’ anti‑fraud objectives.
You will take ownership of a caseload of predominantly litigated claims, all with fraud concerns. You’ll work across multiple clients under Delegated and Non‑Delegated authority agreements, with the support of experienced leaders.
* Manage fraud‑focused claims with autonomy and precision
* Be a trusted point of contact for clients
* Meet billing, time recording budgets and KPIs
* Support marketing and client training initiatives
* Stay sharp with ongoing technical and regulatory development

What’s in it for you
* High levels of flexibility and a great work life balance
* A well‑rounded remuneration package (private medical insurance, income protection insurance, discounted gym membership, among many other benefits)
* Opportunities for growth and progression including professional funding
