Finance Administrator - 12 months Fixed Term Contract

What you'll be doing:
* Managing day-to-day financial administration, including creating client codes, raising invoices and credit notes, chasing outstanding payments, and maintaining financial trackers.
* Running and analysing financial reports to support business decisions and performance tracking.
* Leading discussions with senior stakeholders (Partners, Directors, and Managers) around working capital performance and providing insights and recommendations.
* Supporting budget preparation and improving financial processes across multiple service lines.
What we're looking for:
* 1-2 years' experience in a finance support or administration role, ideally within professional services or a fast-paced environment.
* Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and challenging constructively.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and produce accurate, insightful reports.
* Organised and able to prioritise competing tasks under pressure.
* A practical, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.
* High level of accountability and a proactive approach to managing your responsibilities.
* Adaptable team player with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
