Cygnet Hospital Taunton provides acute inpatient admissions service for men and women and a specialist inpatient service for men diagnosed with a learning disability. In addition a new neuro cognitive service line for men, coming soon. Your Day-to-Day £13.45 per hour Youll be working 38.5 hours a week in mental health setting with mental health service users. Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required Safeguard Maintain a safe and clean environment for all You are Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in peoples lives An excellent communicator and a good team player Sensitive and intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment Helping to empower & support service user independence.
