B2B Sales Team Lead
We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales team and drive business growth through effective sales strategies and team management.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
* Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their goals and objectives
* Provide coaching, feedback, and development plans to team members
* Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform decision-making
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and excellent client service

Requirements
* Proven experience in leading B2B sales teams, ideally in the energy/utilities/TPI sector
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on coaching and developing people
* Solid understanding of SME and corporate energy sales processes
* Ability to improve and implement sales systems and workflows
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and performance data to guide decisions
* Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Clean driver's license
