What you will be doing
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, your role will involve:
1. Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord/tenant matters.
2. Advising clients on development projects, property finance, and planning issues.
3. Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
4. Providing strategic legal advice to businesses, investors, and developers on all aspects of commercial property.
5. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
