SEND Tutor – Full Time We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEND Tutor to support learners with learning difficulties and disabilities (LDD/SEND) in a dynamic and supportive educational environment. This is a rewarding opportunity for an individual committed to helping young people develop independence, achieve qualifications, and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and prepare engaging course and training materials * Deliver GCSE and Functional Skills in Maths and English, including embedded learning * Conduct initial assessments and diagnostics (including English and maths) * Maintain accurate learner records and complete all required documentation in a timely manner * Ensure programmes meet quality standards for IQA and EQA requirements * Support learners with SEND across a variety of classroom settings * Implement and lead positive behaviour management strategies * Monitor and review Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) * Promote independence, confidence, and self-help skills in learners * Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers, and external professionals * Attend networking events to promote provision (where required) Essential Requirements: * Recognised teaching qualification * Minimum Level 2 Maths and English (GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent) * Experience delivering GCSE/Functional Skills Maths and English * Experienc...
