* Part Time Freight Administrator Required

CTRG: Mansfield Hub are working with our established e-commerce Client based in Northampton, NN4 to recruit for an experienced Freight Administrator to join their team on a part time, temp to perm basis.
Main Duties:
* Booking transport through in house and external portals
* Completing data entry using Excel spreadsheets - producing new workbooks and maintaining existing ones
* Handling inbound and outbound enquiries on telephone and emails, responding in a timely manner
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, ideally gained within a freight / transport department, and will be computer literate and able to pick up new systems quickly. They will have excellent attention to detail skills, be competent and confident with working independently and have excellent written and verbal English skills.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 20 hours, hours to be agreed.
Rate of Pay:
£12.21 per hour, paid weekly in arrears.
