A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its growing team in Leamington Spa. Key Responsibilities
1. Managing your own varied caseload of private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, and children issues
2. Advocacy work as and when required
3. Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and referrers
4. Supporting the development of the department, including networking and growing the client base
5. Handling matters in a timely, cost-effective, and commercially-minded manner
6. Keeping up to date with family law developments and ensuring legal knowledge remains current
7. Using case management systems effectively to stay organised and efficient
Candidate Requirements
8. Ideally a qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE (CILEX and CLC qualified professionals will also be considered)
9. Proven track record of independently managing a busy family law caseload
10. Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
11. Commercial awareness and experience of working to financial targets
12. IT literate, with experience using case management software
13. Personable, proactive and confident handling client enquiries in person, via phone and online
