Are you an immediately available Accounts Assistant / Purchase Ledger Assistant / Accounts Payable Assistant looking to work in a maternity cover position which is highly likely to turn permanent? Are you keen to work in a very interesting and growing business based in the Film & TV sector? Are you keen to work in a supportive and well established finance team where you can learn many new skills? Your role will be varied include the following responsibilities: process and manage all purchase orders, ensuring they match PO numbers and are authorised, solving any queries, requesting credit notes, ensuring that the supplier statements are reconciled with the accounting system prior to payment, process payments on a weekly basis, reconcile supplier invoices with Project Cost Analysis, process monthly company credit card expenses and any other ad hoc duties and projects as required. Your role will be challenging, varied yet enjoyable.
