Location Hybrid — SE16 office / multiple live project sites / remote
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Project Assistant to join our team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career inurban regeneration, placemaking, and community-led development.
You’ll support the design, delivery and management of live sites across London and the South East and help deliver consultancy work, engagement events, and research tasks.
You’ll be:
* Assisting in the day-to-day coordination of our active sites and member communities
* Supporting with proposals and community engagement projects
* Helping promote and manage our spaces — from social media content to facilities tasks
* Contributing to research, reporting and impact evaluations
* Maintaining clear, effective administrative systems and documentation
* Acting as a friendly and responsive point of contact for tenants and community stakeholders
Skills and Experience Required
