Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA are looking to recruit a Specialist Group Sales Manager for a brand-new role at the newly renovated and upgraded Mount Royal, Edinburgh Princes Street.

A day in the life of…
Based centrally in Edinburgh at the hotel, your primary aim is to support the Area Director of Sales to build & develop revenue from the Incentive Group segment generating year-round demand.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing existing relationships and upselling current bookings. Your target customers will be Corporate Clients, Incentive Travel Clients & DMC Partners and Specialist Group partners aiming to drive group business into the Hotel from local, domestic and international markets.
What do we need from you?
* Our Specialist Group Sales Managers can employ an organised, planned and strategic approach to driving new revenues, revenue generating activities and customer engagement to achieve clear supported business results.
* The role is measured through key sales metrics and KPIs including monthly revenue, tracked monthly activity and opportunity reporting, so you’ll be highly organised and have a Strong eye for detail.
* You’ll be able to handle stakeholder feedback from a range of different sources, demonstrating excellent communication at all levels.
* Experience of sales within a branded hotel environment would be highly advantageous as would an understanding of hotel group operations.
