We are recruiting for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to develop and implement a robust Environmental Management System and Health and Safety Management System for a well respected, international EPC playing within the Solar sector, and then manage all site based HSE practitioners across their global projects. Preference for UK solar projects is highly preferred, but experience must come from similar electricity generating construction projects (Construction and Electricity are the key points). Previous experience in reporting against strict International ESG standards, and in relation to global lending requirements such as IFC Performance Standards, IEC standards (61730 is ideal, 62619 highly advantageous), HSG141, ISO standards.

Our client works across the European and African continent and have constructed over 300GW of Solar plants to date. Due to increased demand in their services, they are now needing to build a more robust HSE Construction related competency across the organisation, and as such are looking to engage with candidates that ideally come from the Solar EPC industry within the UK and ideally, have some African related experience.
