HR and Workforce Partner (Ofsted Children's Homes)

Based at our Chester head office, you'll work closely with the Head of HR and Workforce, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day people operations across our growing care services. You will also line manage a HR and Workforce Apprentice who will support you with administration duties. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR environment while making a genuine difference in the care sector.

Your Role as HR and Workforce Partner:
* Coordinate recruitment activity from advert through to appointment
* Support line managers with HR queries and recruitment planning
* Draft and manage HR documentation including contracts and onboarding materials
* Support HR projects, policy reviews, and data reporting
* Maintain accurate and compliant records
* Line manage a HR and Workforce Apprentice, ensuring they are supported and developed
* Champion our values and ensure a great candidate and employee experience
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a HR, Recruitment, or Workforce Administration or Advisor role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A confident communicator who builds positive relationships
* Enthusiasm for working in a values-led, care-focused organisation
* CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
