Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality technical support to pupils, staff, and parents.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
* Manage pupil laptops from Year 3 upwards.
* Ensure effective use of digital technologies that support teaching and learning.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and support smooth operation of IT systems and classroom technologies.
* Support school-wide IT projects.
* Collaborate within a busy IT department supporting up to 1,500 users and report to the Head of IT.
* Work independently and as part of a team in a structured, process-driven environment.
Qualifications
* Experience working as an IT technician or in a first/second line support role, ideally within the education sector.
* Effective communicator with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full-time availability commencing as soon as possible.
