Maintenance Engineer – Redditch
Salary: £44,000 - £48,000 (depending on experience). This role offers double days: 05:30am – 2pm one week, 1:30pm – 10pm the following week (rotating).

As a Maintenance Engineer, the main machines you will be working on include conveyors, washers, baggers, packaging machines, and more. This isn't just firefighting – you will be involved in project work and PPMs.

Qualifications
* At least 3 years experience repairing and maintaining special‑purpose plant machinery – either bias
* Mechanically sound – ability to change bearings, straps, belts
* PLC experience isn't needed for this role
