* Continuously monitor machine performance and product quality.
* Complete routine checks (weights, seals, codes, metal detection) and record data accurately.
* Make real‑time adjustments to maintain efficiency and minimise waste.
Maintenance & Fault‑Finding
* Carry out basic maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning.
* Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
* Escalate complex faults to the maintenance team promptly and support repairs.
Quality & Compliance
* Ensure all products meet company and customer quality standards.
* Perform hygiene and compliance checks at the correct intervals.
* Maintain full traceability through accurate and timely record‑keeping.
Continuous Improvement & Safety
* Follow all Health & Safety, Food Safety, and GMP requirements.
* Proactively identify improvements to processes, yield, and performance.
