* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), data mapping, and API integration.
* Proficiency in developing detailed project management plans, RAID logs and project management tools, specifically Jira and Confluence, is highly preferred.
* Exceptional Communication: The ability to serve as a key liaison, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders (including senior leadership, operations, and business teams) and clearly documenting project status and decisions.
* Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams. Must be a proactive leader who can guide multiple workstreams simultaneously and foster a collaborative environment.
* Complex Problem‑Solving: A proactive and analytical mindset to anticipate risks, identify underlying issues, and develop effective, data‑driven solutions in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
* Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and build consensus among internal teams, external vendors, and senior leadership.
* Adaptability and Resilience: The capacity to manage through change and ambiguity, particularly given the multi‑phased nature of the project and the evolving scope.
