Or perhaps you are a Manager in a large Supermarket managing at least 12 staff and are ready for your next challenge. My Client is creating a new cluster with 2 shops in Manchester and 2 shops in Liverpool – to start! We are looking for a Cluster Manager who can maximise retail sales and net profit, and to build motivated and high performing teams through effective leadership. This role has full P&L accountability for all retail stores to ensure that all stores profitable. What your Day to Day will look like: Work alongside Head of Retail to implement the retail plan at store level Seek feedback from customers and stores to generate ideas about future retail activities that will ensure a cutting-edge strategy Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market-place, competitors and trends Visit stores on a regular basis, potentially more for those managers who need extra support/training Assist with creation of budgets and support the retail element of the annual budget process, ensuring understanding and buy-in from the Store Managers Continually review financial data and support the Head of Retail by providing realisti...
